Job Description Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas Perform industrial cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Operate buffing machines to maintain floor surfaces Qualifications Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail and time management skills Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects Additional Information Property:
