Our Client is looking for a Portfolio Project Manager to work as the PMO Process Manager for a Contract job near Norwalk, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Create and maintain policy and procedure, and processes associated with the PMO including:
Project prioritizing and governance
Project intake, review and approval
Project Management lifecycle & methodology
Produce monthly and quarterly Portfolio management and metrics reporting as required
Assist Director in the facilitation of project prioritizing, review and approval processes
Assist Director with monthly IT governance meeting and processes by coordinating and working cross functionally with business and IT executives
Work with IT project managers and users to ensure projects are updated timely and accurately
Support and enforce PMO processes
Manage and execute IT strategic program or initiative as assigned (example: Duals or other mega programs)
Manage cross functionally within IT and various business groups and Serve as a focal person between IT and business leaders
Qualifications:
5
years of experience in project management, project execution and implementation experience
Prior PMO experience required
Familiar with PMO IT governance process
3
years of PMO Process definition and implementation and portfolio management experience
Ability to build strong working relationship with IT and business and work closely with cross functional team and influence them to adopt PMO processes
Excellent communication, inter-personal skills, teamwork and leadership
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment and interactive with cross function Business and IT teams and executives
A Self-starter, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and challenges
Customer service-oriented and a strong influencer
Responsible for information on program reporting and communicating with middle management
Must have HCC experience, ideal candidates have experience to CMS or DHCS.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
